Owner of THAT Café, and long time client approached RSI to audit of their latest venture, THAT Café, in Al Bateen Abu Dhabi. Our team of consultants visited the site to conduct a full audit of the Café of their menu, staff, brand and positioning as well as their financial systems. A comprehensive report was shared with the client to outline our findings complete with a SWOT analysis of the surrounding area and potential gaps in the market for THAT Café to cater for.

Based on our recommendations, the client proceeded to take on our Menu Engineering service along with our HR services for headhunt of 2 major roles in any F&B outlet.
